The Tarticlette, is the first recipe of F&F. It's a mix of two French winter recipes, the Tartiflette and Raclette, both very tasty in their own way. Our recipe is simple and delicious: potatoes coated with sour cream, delicious caramelized onions, bacon (for the non-vegetarian option) and raclette cheese on top that melts during cooking.
